With respect to all orders, acceptance by the customer of products is deemed to have taken place at Impath's factory upon completion by Impath of its standard factory tests.
Product Support and Warranty Definitions
This document provides product support information and details on the standard length of warranty for all Impath products.
A standard Warranty is provided for all Impath products. Fee quotations for extended warranty periods are available to customers upon request.
Repair services for installed equipment are made readily available to end-users at all times. For equipment under warranty, repair services are carried out by trained Impath personnel according to the terms of the warranty coverage. Should the equipment require repair outside of the warranty coverage, repairs may be requested of Impath at established factory materials and engineering repair rates. Repairs to all third party vendor equipment not manufactured by Impath are the responsibility of the customer and/or third party vendor. Repair cost estimates are prepared and forwarded to the customer for written authorization before proceeding with actual equipment repair.
After 12 successful years of sales, our Transporter series of Broadband analog products will be officially replaced by our i-Volution series of digital codecs. For more information, please consult the support notice.
